We present the first paper cord with an internal core designed for automatic paper bag production lines. This product is not simply a paper cord; it is a technical evolution created to replace traditional twisted paper handles with a solution that delivers the appearance of a high-end knitted paper cord.
Our greatest innovation has been breaking the barrier between manual finishing and industrial efficiency. For the first time, it is possible to process automatically a handle that offers the elegance and textile feel that until now could only be achieved in manually assembled bags, whilst maintaining a highly competitive cost.

Technical specifications 

Manufactured entirely from 100% FSC® paper, this paper handle for automatic bags is produced in an approximate 4 mm diameter, optimised for the feeding systems of automatic paper bag-making machines.

• Load capacity: Tested to support up to 10 kg per handle, ensuring reliable performance for perfumery, cosmetics and premium retail bags.
