The technical polyester bungee cord is designed for applications where the fixing system works under tension, friction and continuous wear. Its high-tenacity polyester cover and natural latex core provide stable elastic performance in outdoor installations exposed to abrasion, rubbing and intensive use.
This high-resistance technical elastic cord is suitable for protective plastics, agricultural film, tarpaulins, textile covers and systems where resistance to breakage and abrasion is essential. It is also used in table grape crops on trellis systems as a technical alternative to Tubeto or traditional plastic sleeve, providing a more flexible, resistant fixing solution adapted to field installation.

Finishes and endings

We manufacture this elastic tie in made-to-measure pieces with different endings to make field installation easier and adapt the fixing to each type of plastic, film, tarpaulin, net, mesh or structure.

• Plastic toggle: Injected terminal with a bungee toggle function. It is inserted into the hole of the plastic film, mesh or net to fix the elastic without knots, making installation faster and keeping the hold stable.
• Plastic hook: Injected plastic hook used to attach the elastic tensioner directly to a structure, support or fixing point. A practical option when the piece needs to be fitted, removed or repositioned quickly.
• Carabiner and plastic toggle: Piece with a carabiner at one end and a plastic toggle at the other. The carabiner provides quick fastening to the wire or structure, while the plastic toggle is inserted into the hole of the plastic film, mesh or net to secure the fixing.
• Carabiner and big hook: Combination used when the elastic fastening system needs to be attached to stronger fixing points. It provides a more robust hold in installations with higher tension or frequent handling.
